Associate Attorney Morty Cassidy is the latest Pond Lehocky attorney to be certified as a legal specialist in workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
The certification process evaluates various aspects of an attorney’s practice, including dedication to workers’ compensation and years of experience, and requires a formal examination. Morty has focused her entire professional career on workers’ compensation, first on the defense side and now fighting for injured workers’ rights at Pond Lehocky.
