Pond Lehocky Disability attorney, Brynn Lapszynski, Esq., was recently named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the NYC Metro Area. This list is an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in the New York Metro receive this distinction.

Lapszynski is an associate attorney at Pond Lehocky Disability where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled. She began her career at Pond Lehocky Disability working in the Firm’s headquarters in Philadelphia. In 2014, she moved to New York to establish the firm’s New York office. Lapszynski has represented disabled individuals in more than 1,000 hearings within the five boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, as well as northern New Jersey. She received her law degree from Widener University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and was recently granted admission to Federal Court in the Southern District of New York.
