Pond Lehocky Disability is honored to introduce each attorney during National Social Security Month. Each week the firm will share a video interview between a Social Security disability attorney and founding partner Thomas J. Giordano, Jr..
Giordano kicked things off with associate Brynn Lapszynski who shared, “it’s my job to also give our clients a platform to tell their story. I think that is the best way to convey to the judge just how much their life has been impacted by health issues. I always advise my clients that it’s a lot better to go into court and tell your story about what you’re going through.”
Lapszynski is an associate attorney at Pond Lehocky Disability where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled. She began her career at Pond Lehocky Disability working in the Firm’s headquarters in Philadelphia. In 2014, she moved to New York to establish the firm’s New York office. Lapszynski has represented disabled individuals in more than 1,000 hearings within the five boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, as well as northern New Jersey. She received her law degree from Widener University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and was recently granted admission to Federal Court in the Southern District of New York.
