On Friday, August 12, 2016 Pond Lehocky Senior Associate Frank Ciprero was a featured speaker at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s continuing legal education seminar, “I Know What You Did Last Weekend” – Effective Use of Social Media in Workers’ Compensation Litigation.
The program highlights different dilemmas attorneys and clients may face and gives guidance on the best use of social media in workers’ compensation cases, both timely issues in litigation today. The session’s topics included: counsel’s knowledge of a client removing content from a social media page; “friending” clients and witnesses; investigation techniques using social media; and using social media sites at trial.
