Dr. Nicholas DiNubile is an award-winning and well-respected orthopedic surgeon in the Philadelphia area. He’s been recognized for more than 20 years as a “Best Doctor in America,” was named a “Top Doctor” by US News & World Report, and a “Top Doctor” by Philadelphia Magazine. He has served as Special Advisor to the U.S. President’s Council on Physical Fitness & Sports and has advised two United States Presidents on matters of health and health policy. Dr. DiNubile was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame as well as the Philadelphia Sports Medicine Hall of Fame. He has also received the prestigious HAFL (Healthy American Fitness Leaders) Award. 

Dr. DiNubile specializes in Sports Medicine. He is the lead spokesperson for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.  He is also the Chief Medical Officer for Premier Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, one of the largest orthopedic groups in the nation. He regularly lends his insights to national fitness publications through his role as Executive Editor of the Physician and Sportsmedicine Journal and his advisory board appointments to Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, and Shape magazines. He has also been a contributor to the U.S. Surgeon General’s Report on Physical Activity & Health. Dr. DiNubile served as Orthopedic Medical Director for over a decade for US Healthcare and Aetna, and was also the Orthopaedic Consultant to the Philadelphia 76ers Basketball Team and the Pennsylvania Ballet.

Dr. DiNubile is Pond Lehocky’s Chief Orthopedic Consultant.
